1What are "Total Health Points"
Every RM10 spend is 1 Total Health points. Total Health points can be used for redeeming gifts.
2What is the Total Health Points account?
A special account for saving your Total Health Points.
3How to collect 'Total Health' Points?
Find the loyalty code in the sticker on the bottle cap of the products you purchased. Login to your account and key in the loyalty code.
4How long will the Total Health Points remain valid?
The points will remain valid for 2 years from the date you key-in the code.
5What if my chosen gift is no longer available?
The redemption center will call you for your permission on the replacement gift or we will deposit the points in your account if you do not like the replacement gift. You may then use the points for subsequent redemption.
6How to redeem reward gifts?
Send the redemption form online. Gifts will only be delivered when sufficient points are received.
7How long does it take for gifts to be delivered?
Kindly allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery. Contact the THC Careline 1-800-88-2700 if you fail to receive your gift after 6 weeks.
